Once you choose your favorite chain we will custom measure the area you pick whether it's your wrist, neck, ankle, finger, etc., we will then zap the chain together to create a permanent loop. The “zapping” refers to the flash of light that occurs when chains are welded together.

Yes, getting permanent jewelry is completely safe. The process is painless and only takes a few minutes to complete.

If at any point the jewelry needs to be removed it can be snipped off with a clipper or scissor. If you plan to have it rewelded, carefully snip the small jump ring that connects the two ends of the chain to maintain the integrity.

YES! You can confidently wear your permanent jewelry through airport security without any concerns. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) does not require you to remove jewelry during the screening process. Your permanent jewelry will not set off metal detectors, allowing you to travel hassle-free with your cherished piece.

While any piece of jewelry can break, because it has no clasp and is measured to perfectly fit your wrist, ankle or neck, it should not break. However, if it does break, please save your chain. We will re-weld it for you at no cost. If the chain is missing, a new chain will need to be purchased.

All of our chain is of the highest quality, we provide 14k Gold Filled, Rose Gold Filled and Sterling Silver options all meant to be worn long term. Anyone under 16 will be required to have parental consent and a guardian present during appointment. Clasps are also available so you or your child can enjoy the experience without the commitment.

You can reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment date on the booking site. All Deposits are Non-refundable but we understand that life happens, If you need to reschedule your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date.
